this song just gives me the creeps everytime i listen to it. until now, i haven't heard of the harry chapin original. thanks to youtube, this song had etched deeper into my mind after hearing harry sing it. i know you've heard it Nth times already (most probably the Ugly Kid Joe version), but if you're a dad like me who's working so hard for the kids, you gotta listen to this again! and again! until it sinks in that there are so many important things in life than money, specially in their eyes.
